“What role does an Urban Hub play?”
A relatively new trend is gaining popularity as the rising desire for walkability and entertainment transforms how people want to work, live, and play. A hub is the effective centre of an activity, region, or network. Urban hubs are combining these factors into one centralized location, creating new and localized communities.
Internship Work
The competition was hosted by the Ayodhya Development Authority (ADA), to commemorate the life of Bharat Ratna Smt. Lata Mangeshkar, her voice, persona, achievements, and contribution etc. to the field of music. The competition brief expected to portray the culture, ethos, and identity of Ayodhya and harmony between the great past and future ambitions of Ayodhya with innovative design, material selection, textures, colours etc. And as the it is a prominent junction, it also aimed at improving Pedestrian-oriented street design, Equipped underground utilities, and Enhanced user experience while showcasing the rich heritage and culture.
The entry won the runner-up prize in the competition.

The project entailed the design of open spaces and the development of the podium areas for a residential complex in Kalavakkam, Chennai.
The farmhouse was the design for a client’s second home, based on a hill within the client’s farmlands in Bannerghatta, Bengaluru.

The formidable weight of Maratha history sits light on Rasta Peth, a middle-class neighbourhood in old Pune. Its narrow by-lanes between packed buildings are a melee of hawkers, garland sellers and two-wheelers. The proposed site is part of the Pune city core. It is a culturally vibrant area that houses a spectrum of people.
